Pipe Cutter

My husband and I were at the Angel's Gate Cultural Center to see the current exhibitions. When were done, we walked around the grounds and found this old pipe cutter.

it looks huge --- I guess for huge pipes. Sort of moody in B&W. Guess we both had a chainlink fence in the photos today.
I saw a Coast Guard boat being pulled on the 405 near the 710 last week. I thought of you.
